Our charts are constructed on the belief that, while traditional pie and bar charts can do an adequate job of conveying visual data, there's a lot of room for improvement with most types of data. Let's face it — most charts are boring, and many of those used in business presentations on a daily basis are not all that accurate.
For example, when a designer adds an outline to the wedges of a pie chart, that outline cuts into the respective areas being represented. The thicker the outline, the more inaccurate the chart — especially with pie charts containing thin slices.
First and foremost, our charts are designed to be 100% accurate. When an outline or spacer is incorporated into our design templates, the mathematical implications are factored into the chart's construction. The areas represented are always 100% true to the data relationships being represented.
And accuracy is just the beginning. Our chart templates are designed to be as distinctive as they are informative.
Our Squared Rectangles template provides an evenly spaced area representation of data relationships in a square or other rectangular shape of your choosing. Spacing can be adjusted from zero to roughly 10% of the smaller dimension.
Depending on your preferred arrangement and data values, the Squared Rectangles template provides plenty of room for annotations such a percentages, values and/or categories to be added to each rectangular shape. Ideal for 5-13 data points, with more variations coming soon.
Currently configurable for up to 5 donuts with independent and variable ring, spoke and donut hole spacing, our Combo Donut templates puts a new twist on traditional pie charts, the Combo Donut can accommodate dozens of data points within a single chart that maintains a visual harmony when both small and large data percentages are used together. As with all of our charts, the representative areas of all data amounts are 100% accurate regardless of spacing.
Simple and straightforward, our Rounded Bar chart template takes the concept of rounding both seriously and literally. The rounded shapes are 100% accurate in their respective data representations. With plenty of room to accommodate annotations including both captions and amounts, the Rounded Bar chart templates are best used with smaller to medium data sets (5-20 data points). Configurable to any rectangular shape with your choice of uniform spacing.
Similar — but different — than some commonly used area packing approaches, our Bubble Matrix chart templates leave nothing to chance as area "bubbles" are neatly arranged in predetermined logical relationships derived from data hierarchy. With multiple layouts to choose from, our Bubble Matrix charts are a great way to present dozens of data points and values in a single compact graphic. Configurable with your choice of regular spacing.

There are an infinite number of ways to slice a donut, and our Custom Donut chart templates not only embrace this concept, but take it to a new level. As with all of our charts, spoke and donut spacing is variable and always calculated into the area being represented, so you can trust these charts to be 100% accurate regardless of your style preferences. In the very near future, we will be combining these features into our Combo Donut charts, as well as introducing new shapes and slicing.
A predominant theme in many of our charts is that smaller data points shouldn't get lost in the bigger picture, and our Sliced Circle chart templates do that admirably by placing smaller values in the outer slices, where they appear to represent a larger portion than they would in a traditional pie chart. Ideal for 5-20 data points, our Sliced Circle charts provide plenty of room for annotation directly on the area represented. Accommodates variable spacing from zero to roughly 20% of the circle radius, depending on the total number of data points.
What kind of tomfoolery is this? No kidding, our Squared Pie chart template delivers a 100% accurate variation on traditional pie charts that can handle a wide range of variable spacing. By orienting small slices to the middle of the sides, and larger slices to the corners, the Squared Pie chart helps visually normalize wide disparities across data values.
Perhaps some of the more visually enticing templates in our repertoire, our Polar Area chart templates are designed to always account for spacing thickness in the representative areas. With variable spacing and customizable data ordering and orientation, these charts can be tweaked to accommodate a variety of layout approaches.
